After announcing a Game Boy console made of Lego, Nintendo is continuing its momentum by carefully avoiding talking about the only thing that matters, namely the Switch 2! This time, it's about giving news of the Alarmo, an alarm clock unveiled last October.
Alarm clock failure for the Alarmo
The object can now be purchased by Nintendo Switch Online (NSO) subscribers, with the general public having to wait until mid-January. But here's the thing: the manufacturer has just pushed back the launch date to early March in France and the rest of Europe — NSO subscribers can still get the Alarmo.
Nintendo specifies that the Alarmo will be available for purchase "from certain retailers", but given the difficulty of supply, we can assume that the device will remain exclusive to the company's store for quite a while. This will give you a little more time to decide if this product is really worth the €99.99 asking price!
The Alarmo hides a 2.8-inch LCD screen and a millimeter wave (mmWave) motion sensor that monitors the sleeper. The alarm gradually turns off as the user gets out of bed. Nintendo obliges, the alarms in question are taken from the soundtracks of iconic games, such as Super Mario Odyssey or Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
