It's also the beginning of the year for Canal+, which as a good resolution has decided to clean up its price list. It's always a little complicated to find your way around, but there is good news: some packages are indeed dropping in price. This is the case for the Canal+ offer without commitment, which drops to €24.99 per month (-€3). With a 24-month commitment, it is €19.99 for 6 months, before dropping back to €24.99.
A price drop that pays for itself
In the same vein, the Canal+ Ciné Séries subscription is now displayed at €34.99 per month without commitment, i.e. €5 less than before. The offer with a 24-month commitment is available at €29.99 per month for 6 months, before going back to €34.99.
Cheaper offers without commitment, that's good news, except that Canal+ has also cut back on services: these packages are limited to a single user who will have to limit themselves to HD and Dolby 5.1. Exit 4K and Dolby Atmos, now privileges of offers with commitment that can be enjoyed by 2 users.
The most voracious viewers will be able to opt for a new "La Totale" package which includes all of the platform's content (including Netflix Standard, Canal+ on demand and all sports) at €75.99 per month (!) with a 24-month commitment. We will pay "only" €59.99 per month for the first six months.
Canal+ has also modified the content of several offers, some have for example removed access to Paramount+; this is the case for the basic Canal+ subscription. The platform is now only offered in specific packs. Similarly, the Ciné Séries formula now only includes Netflix with ads.
