PlayStation Plus December: the best free games of the year are there

The last month of the year is knocking on the door. While The Game Awards will end 2023 in style, Sony still has to offer some free games to its players as part of the PlayStation Plus subscription. In December, three gems will join the catalog of all formulas. There is something for everyone, but if you like adventure, these titles will be for you. They will be available from December 5. Until then, don't forget to download the November games. Read on if you have Extra or Premium subscriptions to discover the upcoming games added.

Cleaning, speed and desert

It's not yet time to do your big spring cleaning, but PowerWash Simulator is getting ahead of the game. This indie game is uniquely original, as it invites you to wash all sorts of environments with a high-pressure cleaner. While you can scrub fences and other houses, you will also have to refurbish more wacky places, such as a pyramid or even vehicles of all kinds. The free edition does not include the latest DLCs to the image of Back to the Future or Tomb Raider.

The second game of the month of December is the excellent Lego 2K Drive. More than a racing game, it is an open-world car game that transports you into a funny and colorful universe where speed reigns. Exploration is highlighted by this title that allows you to switch from one vehicle to another in a fraction of a second, and which contains many quests to challenge you. It is a family game that will please young and old alike. You can find our test right here.

Finally, players who are fans of independent titles will be able to test Sable. Long offered in the Xbox Game Pass catalog, this open-world game also transports you to the heart of a desert filled with ruins and ancient secrets. The protagonist will use what seems like a rite of passage to explore this mysterious world. Reflection and patience will be required.
