Samsung is set to unveil its new Galaxy S25 lineup this Wednesday, January 22, but information is already circulating about its features. A recently published video by Evan Blass reveals a more versatile assistant based on Gemini, brighter night videos, and a tool to reduce noise in audio recordings.

The video in question, revealed by leaker Evan Blass, shows Gemini in action. Google's assistant seems to be more deeply integrated into the Galaxy S25. For example, we can see a user asking their Galaxy S25 to find a pet-friendly Italian restaurant and send the address to a contact. Gemini does this by locating a suitable location, composing a message, and offering options to edit or send.
We also see a “morning briefing.” This combines various data such as weather, sleep quality, and an energy indicator, transforming the smartphone into a personalized monitoring companion from the moment you wake up.
Better nighttime videos and optimized audio
Low-light video management could also take a leap forward thanks to the Night Video feature. Shown in the video, it improves clarity, automatically adjusts white balance, and reduces digital noise. Adjustments that aim to make recordings brighter and more precise, even in difficult conditions.
Another interesting addition is the Audio Eraser tool, already present on the Google Pixel, which allows you to reduce background noise in recordings. Compatible with common video formats, it offers to attenuate sounds such as voices, music, crowd noise, wind or even natural sounds.
On the hardware side, the Galaxy S25 would benefit from the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip from Qualcomm, which would allow a significant improvement in performance compared to the Galaxy S24.
