SOSH doubles the flow of its fiber offer without touching the price

The fiber offers evolve regularly to follow the uses and expectations of subscribers. This time, it is Sosh that is revising its copy by boosting its speed without changing its price. A strategy that could attract new customers, but what about current subscribers? Is the change automatic or do you have to take a specific step? Let's see together what is changing in the Sosh fiber offer.

Sosh's fiber offer boosts its speed to 1 Gb/s

Sosh is improving its fiber offer with a significant increase in speed. Subscribers now benefit from a download speed of 1 Gb/s and 800 Mb/s upstream, compared to 400 Mb/s previously in symmetrical mode. Despite this improvement, the subscription price remains unchanged at 25.99 euros per month, with no price change after six months or one year. Sosh is therefore adapting to increasingly fierce competition, particularly from Bouygues Telecom and its B&You Pure Fibre box.

The offer from Orange's low-cost brand still includes the Livebox 5, equipped with WiFi 5. For television, Sosh is maintaining its current approach: subscribers can access 72 channels for free via a mobile application or add a decoder for 5 euros per month in order to enjoy more than 200 Orange channels.

Unchanged conditions and impact for current subscribers

The rest of the commercial conditions remain the same: no access fees, a termination fee of 50 euros, but also the possibility of being reimbursed for the termination fees from their previous operator.

The question arises for current Sosh subscribers: will they automatically benefit from this new speed? Experience with previous changes shows that the update is generally applied to old customers, but with variable delays, ranging from a few hours to several months. Finally, for Orange subscribers wishing to migrate to Sosh, the operation is possible, but it is carried out on an offer at 30.99 euros per month, without TV service, with 49 euros of migration fees.
