The GeForce RTX 5070 TI will land on February 20, no Founders Edition of Planned version

While the GeForce RTX 5090 is already available on the market and the RTX 5080 will be released by the end of the month, NVIDIA will continue, week after week, to expand its catalog of next-generation graphics cards. More specifically, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti should arrive on the shelves of your favorite retailers from February 20. The manufacturer has reportedly slightly pushed back the initial availability date, scheduled for February 14, in order to move it away from the Chinese New Year holidays.

Two launch dates depending on the price of the cards

The first tests of the versions displayed at NVIDIA's recommended retail price ($749) are expected for February 19, while the papers dedicated to the more expensive models will not be online until the following day. Let's remember that the manufacturer has not planned a Founders Edition model of its RTX 5070 Ti, leaving it to its partners to market reference and/or customized versions.

Adopting the same Blackwell architecture as the RTX 5090 and 5080, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti features a GPU with 8960 CUDA cores running at a base frequency of 2.3 GHz, with a Boost of 2.45 GHz. NVIDIA's partners are of course free to offer factory overclocked models, which they will not hesitate to do. The 16 GB of GDDR7 memory of the 5070 Ti uses a 256-bit wide memory bus, for a total bandwidth reaching 896 GB/s. Equipped with a PCI-Express 5.0 16x interface, it is intended to replace the current GeForce RTX 4070 Ti but should offer twice the performance of the latter, partly thanks to DLSS 4 compatibility and multi-frame generation.
