Among US integrates Twitch and Discord on Mobiles

Among Us, the baby of the Innersloth studio, experienced a wave of popularity during the pandemic. Although it has drastically decreased since then, the game has not stopped its race to improve. Recently, Innersloth released a new map bringing with it new tasks. However, it is on the side of sharing and communication that the game had to make progress, the new chat menu not being enough for some. That's why the developers wanted to create a better integration of the Twitch and Discord networks on the mobile game.

First of all, you have the possibility to link your Discord account to Among Us from the game settings. This is even easier if you have the mobile application since the game will automatically recognize you. Once this is done, you can very easily send invitations to your Discord contacts so that they come and join you in the game. This even works for your friends wishing to join you from a PC. As for Twitch, a button in the game settings will allow you to start stream directly from your smartphone.

A console port is imminent

These two integrations are exclusive to the mobile version of the game and are already available. At the same time, Innersloth has stated that the months of May and June are going to be very busy for the development teams. We can imagine that this has something to do with the porting of the game to consoles, other than the Switch. Indeed, Innersloth had already teased the arrival of the game on Xbox One and Xbox Series X for this summer, as well as on PS4 and PS5 later this year. However, it is not known whether these versions will all be released at the same time.
