Disney+ facilitates cleaning in the queue programs

Disney+ facilitates cleaning in the queue programs

If you've gotten into the habit of switching from one program to another without necessarily finishing the previous content, the "Resume Playing" row on Disney+ has certainly grown considerably. So much so that it's impossible to find your way around! The streaming service now offers a solution to do a little cleaning.

Clean up your currently playing content

From a streaming box or connected remote, simply hold the remote's selection button on the program you want to delete, then select the appropriate option. It is also possible to go through the options button on the program page, the one that gives the details of the content.

In the iOS and Android apps, as well as on the web, the principle is similar: a "delete" button appears on the content visual when it is selected or when the mouse hovers over it. In all cases, rest assured, even once deleted from the row in question, the content retains its reading point. Only live programs cannot be deleted, as they disappear as soon as the live broadcast is over.

This update is currently rolling out and should already be available on the web, Apple TV, and iOS devices. The feature will soon appear on other platforms in the coming weeks. Netflix has offered this option for a while, so it was about time Disney+ got on board!
