Samsung has unveiled three new smartphones at the 2025 edition of MWC in Barcelona. The Galaxy A26 is the cheapest of all, but it has plenty of arguments to appeal to those looking for the Samsung experience for a price that's almost under €300.
Where buy the Galaxy A26 5G at the best price?
The Galaxy A26 is available for pre-order starting at 322 € (recommended retail price) for the 128GB version, but Samsung is offering a 20 € discount for the launch period. You can get it starting at 302 € right now. The 256GB version is at 362 € instead of 382 € at Samsung.
The smartphone will be available for delivery between March 14 and 21, 2025 according to the merchant. You have three colors to choose from: sea green, black, and white.
The features of the Galaxy A26
We start with the processor. The Galaxy A26 integrates an Exynos 1380 chip, the same one found inside last year's Galaxy A35. While it's not the fastest of the competition in its category, this mid-range chip offers comfortable performance for everyday use.
The Galaxy A26 is also compatible with the Galaxy AI features of One UI 7, including the Now Bar, AI Select, Circle to Search and the various magical photo editing tools. Google Gemini is also part of it and replaces Google Assistant. The AI's capabilities are thus much more advanced.
As for the photo part, the Galaxy A26 has three sensors at on the back: a 50 MP main module (wide-angle), a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle and a 2 MP macro sensor for close-up shots. On the front, there is a 12 MP selfie sensor.
The Galaxy A26 has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen and Full HD+ definition, with a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. Samsung is known for the quality of its screens and that of the A26 should be no exception to the rule. Finally, the smartphone has a 5000 mAh battery compatible with 25W fast charging.
