Nvidia’s GeForce Now service continues to make its way, integrating more and more different games and services. Version 2.0.38, which is arriving on PC and Mac, is no exception; in addition to the new titles integrated into the platform, players will be pleased to see that GFN will now be compatible with the essential Discord.
To benefit from this ubiquitous messaging on the Internet via GeForce Now, there are two options available to you. The first is to connect directly to your Discord account directly from your GFN account, as is already the case for Steam and Epic Games Store users. From there, you will have all the classic features that users are used to: voice and text chat, community rooms, and so on.
In addition to this standard connection method, it will also be possible to link a GFN account to a Discord account. Subsequently, this will allow you to connect to both services at once by simply entering your Discord credentials. A nice detail that should remove a password from the equation and thus streamline the operation.
It should be noted that the new version also improves support for Discord Rich Presence, which allows you to display what you are currently playing in your online status on Discord. As with the other versions, this particular feature can be disabled at any time from the options.

- Galactic Civilizations III (Steam)
