We felt it coming and it was even obvious. Sanua’s Saga: Hellblade II could be the next Xbox game to land on PS5 in the coming months (and even weeks). We already know that Forza Horizon 5 and Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle will arrive in the spring. These two games have already been announced and confirmed by Microsoft and PlayStation.
Many rumors suggest that games like Gears of War, Halo: The Master Chief Collection or even Microsoft Flight Simulator could also soon arrive on the PS5 and even the Switch 2. Moreover, the first rumors of a port of Hellblade 2 date back to January 2025, when a report from Windows Central confirmed that the port of the game was well in Xbox's plans.
Today, it was Jez Corden, a journalist from Windows Central, who had already confirmed the release of Halo on PS5 which reaffirms that Hellblade 2 should soon be on Sony's console.
Hellblade 2 "very soon" on PS5
It was on social media, in response to a tweet to ask an Internet user the question, that Jez Corden, a journalist at Windows Central, confirmed once again the arrival of the game on PS5 and "very soon".
During the State of Play tonight, no Xbox game was shown or announced. We can therefore expect a communication from Microsoft, on its side as was the case for Indiana Jones and Forza Horizon 5. Perhaps the title will also arrive in the spring and in May 2025, to celebrate the game's one year anniversary? A matter to follow.
