Indiana Jones on April 17 on PS5?

April 2025 could be a very big month for PS5 players with two big Xbox game releases. As we already know, Forza Horizon 5 will arrive on April 29th in a Basic and Deluxe edition with PS5 Pro optimization. Apparently, a few days earlier, it will be the adventure game Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle that will arrive, according to insider bilbill-kun.

UPDATE – MARCH 19, 2025

This seems to be confirmed for April 17th for Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle on PS5. After several rumors, notably from insider bilbill-kun, it's FNAC's turn to launch pre-orders for the game on its website for Thursday, April 17th. A few hours after the game's page went live, the group quickly deleted the page, no longer allowing access to the detailed page. Further reinforcing the theory that the date is indeed correct, Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle is expected to be released physically and in two versions: the Standard, at 79.99 euros, as well as the Premium at 109.99 euros allowing two days of early access, to play the game from April 15, 2025.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE

Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle has been available on Xbox Series X/S and PC since December 9. This remains one of the excellent titles of the end of 2024. We have known since August last year that the game is planned for PS5. During The Game Awards, it was confirmed that the game would be released on PS5 in the Spring. And for the moment, we are still waiting for an official communication from Microsoft.

Apparently, according to insider bilbill-kun (who was the first to share the visuals of the PS5 Pro), the MachineGames title would be expected on the Sony console as of April 17. The game would be offered in two editions, with a standard version (at 79.99 euros) at and a "Premium" edition that will allow you to play two days in advance. Apparently, pre-orders are expected on March 25, 2025.

Unlike Forza Horizon 5, Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle should be available physically in its standard and Premium version. For the moment, it is not yet known whether logging into a Microsoft account will be mandatory or not, as will be the case for Forza Horizon 5.

After the success surrounding the game's release at the end of December, Machine Games has confirmed that DLC should arrive soon. According to the latest rumors, a sequel and several other games are in preparation, and Indiana Jones as a video game could eventually become a license with several installments.
