While we are still waiting for the official announcement of the Nintendo Switch 2, after the many rumors and especially the endless leaks, Nintendo has revealed the official list of games expected on the first Switch for the whole of 2025!
More great games for this year
In 2025, the first Switch will celebrate its 8th anniversary. It was in March 2017 that Nintendo's console was launched worldwide. While the latter is coming to the end of its career, it will still have some great games to offer us throughout the year!
Of course, this list is exhaustive and other games could (and will) join the list in the weeks and months to come. Likewise, we don't know if some games are listed here on Switch and if they will ultimately only be released on the new machine.
In any case, here are the games that Nintendo has in store for us in 2025:

As a reminder, a Pokémon Direct should be broadcast next month, as it does every year in February. A Nintendo Direct should also arrive soon to unveil the Switch 2 and new games, specially developed for the console.
