While Samsung announced its Galaxy S25 Edge in January, the Korean brand didn't give any details about it. Today, new leaks have clarified certain elements of its technical specifications. According to Android Headlines, this model would be available in three colors and would offer two storage capacities. But it's above all its high price which has something to attract attention.
Three colors for the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge
The Galaxy S25 Edge would be offered in "Titanium Icyblue", "Titanium Silver" and "Titanium Jetblack", thus taking up a name already used for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. This color palette would aim to strengthen its high-end positioning.
But while some rumors mentioned the use of aluminum and ceramic in its design, Samsung would use the name "Titanium" here to designate the colors rather than the material itself. It is therefore possible that the smartphone does not incorporate real titanium, contrary to what one might believe at first glance. Only official confirmation will clarify this vagueness regarding the materials used.
Classic storage options and a high price
Side Storage-wise, the Galaxy S25 Edge would come in 256GB and 512GB versions, with 12GB of RAM on both models. Samsung could opt for LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.0 storage, but these details remain to be confirmed. But where the Galaxy S25 Edge would "stand out" is in its pricing positioning. According to the leaks, the 256GB model would be sold between 1200€ and 1300€, while the 512GB version would range between 1300€ and 1400€ depending on the European markets. That's a higher price than the Galaxy S25+, but slightly more affordable than the S25 Ultra.
If these prices are confirmed, Samsung would clearly be betting on a premium segment, which would raise questions about the true added value of this model compared to the rest of the range (beyond its thinness). The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to launch in April, but we will still have to wait for an official announcement to validate this information and understand precisely its positioning in the S25 range.
