Nothing seems to stop Amazon, which continues to expand its offering. As part of its Premium subscription, offered at 5.99 euros per month, the firm is launching Prime Gaming. This video game component of the subscription, which succeeds Twitch Prime, in particular, allows you to benefit from a selection of free content each month. To offer this large catalog of video game titles, Amazon has formed several partnerships with many video game publishers. In the list revealed by the platform in a press release, we find titles from Riot Games, Roblox Corp and Rockstar Games. Consequently, Prime members will have access to a catalog including exclusive skins for Apex Legends, a Player Pick Pack for FIFA 20, exotic weapons for Destiny 2 as well as new content for Roblox. However, Amazon specifies that these will only be available during the month of August. This Prime Gaming subscription also allows you to have access to the Twitch.tv PLUS channel and to use your subscription to support various Twitch channels. If the offer is not new, Amazon seems to want to unify its range of services, behind a single name. Indeed, few Twitch Prime subscribers were aware of having access to such an Amazon offer.
Games every month
At Like Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus, Prime Gaming allows you to enjoy several free titles each month. In August, no fewer than 20 games are offered to subscribers. Among them are the classic arcade games from SNK 40th Anniversary Collection, Metal Slug 2 and the fighting game Treachery in Beatdown City. Finally, if they are available for download for a limited time, the games thus downloaded will be added to your collection for an unlimited time. In concrete terms, you will be able to keep them forever, even if you cancel your subscription. However, it will no longer be possible to benefit from future advantages.
