The year 2024 is already coming to an end. We are in the final stretch, the last week of the year and it is high time for us to deliver our top games of the year. Those that will have marked these last twelve months and that we will not soon forget. JANUARY 2024 – Tekken 8
The game of the month for January 2024 is without any real debate: Tekken 8. After years of waiting, fans of the license could finally discover this new opus that looked very promising. FEBRUARY 2024 – Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
No debate possible in February either with Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth which stands out despite a fairly busy month in terms of releases. But the sequel to the remake of Final Fantasy VII will have left no chance to the other titles. The opportunity to discover the continuation of the adventures of Cloud, Tifa, Aeris or Barret in an extremely dense JRPG and open-world. From now on, we will have to be patient until the sequel, which is expected in the coming years.

MARCH 2024 – Dragon’s Dogma 2
In March 2024, it was the big return of the Dragon’s Dogma series, 12 years after the release of the first opus. A major event. Although imperfect, Dragon’s Dogma 2 remains the title that we remember from this month of March, an ambitious and complete action-RPG game, allowing players to create their own playstyle and their own abilities thanks to the “vocation” system. Ideal for immersing yourself in this open world four times larger than the map of the first game.

In April, don't take off a thread, it seems. With Eve, we were well and truly exposed and watch out for those who didn't behave themselves! With Stellar Blade, we were treated to a "Souls-Like" glamorous and accessible to all in a rather astonishing futuristic and post-apocalyptic universe. The game takes place on Earth, following the invasion by the Naytibas, a mysterious extraterrestrial force that wants to kill all humans. Eve has no choice but to fight to save our species!

MAY 2024 – Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II
A radical change of atmosphere in May. The game that stood out at the end of spring was undoubtedly Senua’s Sage: Hellblade II, the sequel to the first Hellblade game that was just as impactful. This time, head to Island where Senua will try to grieve by helping the inhabitants of a cursed island, threatened by giants. Once again, psychology and mental illness will be at the center of this adventure. A title that is closer to a visual and sound experience than a video game, but which nevertheless remains very striking.

AUGUST 2024 – Star Wars Outlaws
After a relatively quiet month of July, we ended the summer in style with a trip to a galaxy far, far away with Star Wars Outlaws, the new game from Ubisoft Massive, a few months after the release of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. On the program? A life as a smuggler with Kay Vess and her little companion Nixx who will travel the galaxy to get out of a very bad situation. A nice Star Wars game with lots of good ideas and FINALLY a new formula that moves away from Ubisoft's bad habits with games that follow one another and are all similar.

A refreshing title, full of good ideas, fun, funny, cute, accessible to all and very addictive. We will add to that an exemplary follow-up with many free DLCs that were released in October and November, as well as a special level, again free, offered for Christmas. A flawless performance from Team Asobi!

NOVEMBER 2024 – Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
In November 2024, we took a step back with the new version of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, developed by the talented French teams of Asobo Studio. Four years after the release of the previous opus, Asobo offered us a new opus much more ambitious and more complete, now offering us a single-player campaign with many missions to complete. A little treat for the eyes with a game that is still visually impressive!

DECEMBER 2024: Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle
Finally, we ended in style the year with the most beautiful "comeback": that of Indiana Jones. More than 13 years after the last adventures of the most famous archaeologist in pop culture in video games, the teams at MachineGames offered us without doubt the best Indiana Jones game to date with Indiana Jones and the Ancient Circle. In the absence of Lara Croft (Tomb Raider) and Nathan Drake (Uncharted), Indy took over and showed everyone who was boss. A true adventure game that focuses on the essentials, keeping its own identity without falling into the trap of making a failed plagiarism of Tomb Raider or Uncharted with an Indiana Jones skin. A real treat!
