It's very likely that your TV-loving friends have already recommended programs like Severance or Ted Lasso. To which you've probably replied: "Ah, but I don't have Apple TV+, too bad." It's unfortunate, but the Cupertino streaming platform still suffers from its niche status despite a catalog that never ceases to surprise. The public prefers to turn to competing services with more diverse content: nothing surprising in a market where subscription fees continue to rise. But if you still regret switching to... Alongside the blockbusters on the Apple platform, Apple is launching an exceptional offer to convince you to take the plunge.
A half-price offer
This is the perfect opportunity to give a chance to those films and series that you haven't seen yet. From April 8 to 24, 2025, any new subscription to Apple TV+ allows you to benefit from three months of subscription at half price, i.e. €4.99 per month instead of €9.99. This offer is aimed at new subscribers, as well as some former subscribers. The ineligibility criteria raised by Apple are as follows: the offer is inaccessible to beneficiaries of a three-month free Apple TV+ offer, or if the Apple TV+ subscription is purchased from a third party (such as Prime Video, for example).
This offer must be activated on an Apple device, the platform's official website, or the Apple TV+ app. After the three months at the reduced rate, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard price of €9.99 per month. You will therefore need to think about monitor your billing if the first three months haven't convinced you.
What are the platform's must-sees?
Among the gems not to be missed, we obviously find Severance, whose second season has just concluded and is unanimously acclaimed by viewers. The series The Studio is also one of the nice surprises of the moment. For comedy and football fans, Ted Lasso is definitely one of the platform's must-sees. After three successful seasons, a fourth batch of episodes is currently in preparation. Science fiction fans will also find something to their liking with programs such as Silo and Foundation. On the cinema side, Apple TV+ is not to be outdone with films such as The Gorge, or even the famous Killers of the Flower Moon by Martin Scorsese.
As a reminder, Apple TV+ is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro, Mac, but also on Android devices, smart TVs, certain game consoles and even directly from an internet browser.
