Reshuffles took place, creating new narrative plots. From now on, the team in charge of the Catwoman series is none other than Torunn Grønbekk, Marianna Ignazzi, and Patricio Delpeche.

A new team means a new epic for Catwoman. And with Catwoman #75, scheduled for release on April 16, 2025, the series promises to return to its roots, but also to re-explore Selina Kyle's origin story. A four-page preview of Catwoman #75 has been published recently, featuring a reunion between old acquaintances of Selina, including Evie Hall. Those in the know know this, but this is where everything changes. And Catwoman #75 will kick the anthill.

With its synopsis, Catwoman #75 leaves no room for chance and states in black and white that Catwoman's origins will be changed, once again:

"IT'S THE BEGINNING OF THE END! Discover the ruinous event that sounded the death knell for Evie Hall and her compatriots and gave birth to Catwoman, as we return to beginning of the end of all that".

DC therefore intends to redefine the causes that pushed Selina to become Catwoman, it remains to be seen what tragic event will push her in this direction. A breath of fresh air for the series, which returns to its beginnings, modifying them in the process, no doubt to boost sales in view of its new editorial era DC All In. A new Catwoman who must undoubtedly align with the series Absolute Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman launched last year. In any case, Grønbekk seems to have his own idea of the future of Catwoman, and we can't wait to discover what will be the catalyst for the birth of the superheroine. And it's a good thing, Catwoman #75 is released this April 16 by DC Comics.
