Monster Hunter Wilds launches its first major seasonal event today: The Festival of Concord, the Dance of Blossoms. For this occasion, the Hub, the new hub added in the first major update in April 2025, is completely decked out in spring colors. In addition, there's a ton of free content to do, armor to craft, special missions, and a whole host of activities. Let's take a look around.

The first big event in Monster Hunter Wilds has launched, make way for the Flower Dance
As soon as you launch the game, what will strike you is the significant changes to the Hunter's Camp. It retains its features, but completely changes its appearance. The trees are in bloom, pink petals are fluttering in the air... Spring is everywhere. This first big event in Monster Hunter Wilds will be available from April 23 to May 7, 2025. During this period at the Grand-Camp, you will be able to find exclusive recipes in the canteen, to be consumed using special tickets offered as a login reward. Special Requests will also be themed during the event and allow you to get your hands on precious objects. Please note that login bonuses will also be doubled during the festival.
Lots of free content to unlock
Monster Hunter Wilds' spring festivities offer plenty of opportunities to get your hands on, including new content. As usual, aside from a special cosmetic pack, everything is free, and you'll simply have to play to unlock it all. Among these new features, here's what you can unlock thanks to login bonuses during the event:
- Decoration for the Seikret
- Accessories
- Emotes
- New music
- Temporary camp equipment
- Some new customization options for temporary camps
- Background, pose, title, and nameplate for the hunter profile
You can also claim a free accessory directly from the Support Desk at the Hub. Speak to Felyne Mando near the entrance and select "Recover Contents." A free pack including a "Felyne Sakura Plush" accessory awaits. As a reminder, in Monster Hunter Wilds, accessories are only cosmetic and can be equipped from your tent in the equipment customization menu.
How to unlock the special event armor?
During the festival, it will be possible to craft a special Sakura Wave armor. Like all Expert rank armor, this one comes in two versions: Alpha and Beta. The talents and stats are identical, but the design changes completely, although both retain the same characteristics and colors. To craft this new limited armor in Monster Hunter Wilds, you will need to get your hands on Carbalite, an ore that is easily found in deposits everywhere, as well as the precious Flower Dance Tickets. These can be collected as Login Bonuses each day.
