Capcom had warned that there would be a lot to do after the release of Monster Hunter Wilds. The studio hasn't been idle since we were quickly treated to several special quests, at a rate of one or two per week so far. Then came the game's first major update, which added a multiplayer hub, the arena, new quests, and two monsters to hunt: the Zoh Shia and the Mizutsune. Coming soon, a huge festival will be available, the first of its kind, and it too promises its share of new features. Best of all, it's completely free.
A big festival and free content are coming to Monster Hunter Wilds
Monster Hunter Wilds will soon launch its Festival of Concord: Dance of Blossoms, which will transform the Hub and offer a ton of things to do. In addition to the purely cosmetic aspect of the festival, which will feature flowers and festive costumes, Capcom is promising a lot of free spring-themed content, including ways to customize your hunter profile. There will of course be special armor to craft by getting your hands on special tickets to farm, of course. In addition, there will also be a large amount of new missions as well as old ones that will return during the festivities.
This first big event of Monster Hunter Wilds will be available from tomorrow, April 23 until May 7, 2025. During this period, other things will come like the first big supreme alpha monster: the Ray Dau.
We'll see you tomorrow to take a look at all the new features in detail. As a reminder, Monster Hunter Wilds is available on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
