Launched just a few weeks ago, the new iPad 2025 with an A16 chip is already cheaper. It offers more power for a more aggressive price than its predecessor.
The iPad 2025 debuted in March 2025, just under 3 years after the iPad 10, which had lost none of its popularity. Apple decided to update it by integrating a newer, and therefore more powerful, chip, while the A14 of the 2022 model was aging.
The iPad 2025 thus integrates the A16 chip which is 30% more efficient than the one found in the classic iPad 10. Users will thus be able to enjoy better fluidity, especially when performing resource-intensive tasks.
Despite this welcome upgrade, Apple has decided to lower the price of the iPad A16. While doubling the base storage, the brand with the apple offers it at a price that is almost €200 lower than that of its predecessor at its release. And right now, you can buy it even cheaper at Rakuten.
iPad 2025 (A16): its price drops below €370 + €38 in prize money
Instead of €409.99, the 2025 iPad A16 is available from €369.99 on Rakuten, which is a very attractive price to begin with. And as if that weren't enough, this purchase also entitles you to €37 or €38 in prize money for ClubR members (registration is free and takes one click). The prize money can be used on your next purchases.
The tablet thus virtually costs you €332.99 instead of €409.99. That's a nearly 20% discount. For a newly released iPad, it's a great deal. It's even better considering the price is even better than the regular iPad 10 currently.
However, the 2025 model is more powerful and offers more storage. Otherwise, the specs are pretty much the same.
