The arrival of Forza Horizon 5 on PS5, less than four years after its initial release, is a hit so far. If this is confirmed, it should easily pass the million mark, which should be a big deal for Microsoft. At the launch on PlayStation 5, the title also received a Horizon Realms update to revive interest on all platforms.
A gift for Forza Horizon 5 players
The Horizon Realms update added 17 new trophies on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, but there's more. With this patch, you can rediscover 12 locations from the evolving world, including one permanently new one: the Stadium track. Additionally, it's possible to unlock 45 new accolades, 12 badges, 4 reward cars, and access two additional game modes. "Skill" to raise your scores in each Kingdom to the top of the leaderboard, and "Free" to explore freely, without any pressure, with the opportunity to complete challenges and unlock badges for those who wish.
This Forza Horizon 5 update, available on consoles and PC, also introduces a new DLC pack of "Nissan Retro Rides" cars. This bundle, however, is paid for and is priced at €4.99, unless you have the Ultimate Car Pack Collection. In that case, there will be nothing to pay. To celebrate the game's release on PS5, Playground Games is offering special free content. Indeed, starting now, an exclusive livery for the Lamborghini Revuelto, with a design to bring the PlayStation and Xbox communities together, is available.
