Free down in several departments in the south of France
The first alerts sent to the specialist site DownDetector began to explode around 1:30 p.m., but it seems that the outage affecting the operator's infrastructure actually began at 12:30 p.m.
You Are you one of the customers affected by this outage? Chances are you live in the south of France. Free has indicated that this outage is fairly localized. Currently, only customers living in the departments of Aveyron, Gers, Haute-Garonne, Lot, Tarn, and Tarn-et-Garonne are without network access.
This is what Free indicated in a message to its subscribers on social media. For the time being, the cause of this outage remains unknown. The operator has nevertheless stated that its technical teams are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
