The images of the launch of the PlayStation 2 at the Virgin Megastore on the Champs-Élysées are still etched in the minds of more than one gamer. Today, players prefer to order their console rather than endure a pogo worthy of a metal concert in the middle of a store... But what about those who dream of reliving the excitement of late-night launches, in order to be one of the first to get their hands on the long-awaited platform?
Well, good news, the Nintendo Switch 2 will have a star-studded launch in several FNAC stores across France. The hype for the new console is unabated, and the specialist retailer has found the perfect way to satisfy gamers while avoiding the early morning crowds: inviting impatient buyers in the middle of the night. A (too) limited event
After promising the famous "midnight releases" for the Nintendo Switch 2 last April, FNAC has finally revealed the list of participating stores. And unfortunately, only a few major cities will host this special launch of the console. Here is the complete list of stores that will open on the night of June 4th to 5th:
