Pokémon have never stopped multiplying over the years. New creatures are expected to arrive with Pokémon Legends: Z-A, regional forms of Kalos, and a host of Mega Evolutions. While waiting for Game Freak and Nintendo to deign to present them to us, Pokémon fan artists continue to share their homemade creations with us.
Pokémon Legends: Eternal, a completely separate universe
Macilento, dhio, Matratzfratz, Pokémon fan artists are increasingly numerous in imagining the Pokémon of tomorrow. And even if sometimes their ideas disrupt Game Freak's plans, like with the evolution of Eevee's Flying Type, they remain a useful way to know what future creations in the franchise might look like. Especially since some Fakemon end up being animated and integrated into fan games.
It can be fun for the most involved players to find creations discovered on Instagram, Reddit or Discord, in fan games created with passion. Recently, we shared with you the current project dean_artist_astray: Pokémon Legends: Eternal. A project launched in 2023, which is none other than a separate region of Pokémon, located 3000 years before the events of Pokémon X and Y.
Back to Kalos, like in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, but with a gap of a few millennia. And even if Pokémon Legends: Eternal is not intended to become a real game, its universe is imagined from A to Z, just like its Pokédex. Ancient Pokémon, regional forms, Pokémon mounts, unique abilities, an_artist_astray regularly shares his creations on his Instagram account, right here. If you're interested in the project, don't hesitate to take a look and follow its progress. If you happen to pass by, here are 21 new Pokémon.
