While waiting for news of the next game in the franchise, potentially Horizon 6, coming a priori next week, Forza Motorsport continues to be updated. This is the massive Update 21, which welcomes a host of new features and balance adjustments to the title available on PC and Xbox Series. Here's a look at the changes it brings.
A ton of new features for Forza Motorsport
In preparation for summer, Forza Motorsport is getting a host of new features via Update 21, including a new Career mode called Champions Cup, which allows you to participate in championships on various modern and historic circuits, with great rewards up for grabs. This major update also marks the return of many elements present in previous games in the franchise, starting July 3.

Many modes from previous games return, both single-player and multiplayer
IndyCar is back in Forza Motorsport. The Honda IndyCar 2025 and Chevrolet IndyCar 2025 are both available for purchase in the Showroom with in-game credits and are discounted until July 2, 2025. Additionally, previous Featured Tracks and Reward Cars return in Update 21, starting July 3, with an additional track added each month. Upon their return, each track and its associated rewards will be permanently available to all players. All of this will be available in both single-player and multiplayer versions. Several improvements and fixes under the hood for Forza Motorsport
In addition to a host of new content, tracks to explore, and cars to unlock, an update obviously means improvements and bug fixes of all kinds for Forza Motorsport.
