Google is reportedly disrupting its usual schedule by releasing the Pixel 10 early. An invitation currently being sent to some internet users suggests this. Let's see what the most likely timeframe would be.
This year marks the release of the 10th generation of Google Pixel smartphones. Many are eagerly awaiting what the Mountain View company has in store for the occasion. We already know what to expect in terms of design thanks to a completely improbable leak: the filming of a promotional video for the Pixel 10. Under the hood, the Tensor G5 processor will be manufactured in partnership with TSMC and not with Samsung like the previous ones.
For the rest, we'll have to wait to get our hands on the phones, and that could happen very soon. This isn't about putting forward a specific date, but an increasingly likely period for the release of Google's Pixel 10. What makes us say that? In this case, an invitation received by several Internet users. Reproduced by our colleagues at Android Authority, it is intended for “Pixel Superfans”. Behind this name lies a completely official program set up by Google.
Here's when Google could release its Pixel 10
Pixel Superfans are rewarded, among other things, by being invited to exclusive events. The next one will bring together 25 randomly selected ones and will be held on June 27th. During the meeting, the lucky ones will be able to "get their hands on Pixel devices" before their release. Google is careful not to specify which ones, but barring a huge surprise, it's the Pixel 10.
From this, we can very well imagine that the Pixel 10s would be released in late June/early July 2025. A range that becomes even more consistent when we remember that the Pixel 9a arrived in March, two months before the Pixel 8a last year, and that Android 16 will be released in a stable version this June. The company therefore seems to be in a hurry. Of course, there remains the possibility that the June 27th event will change nothing and that Google's next smartphones will arrive in August like the Pixel 9.
