Summer Game Fest 2025 will officially kick off with its opening ceremony tonight at 11 p.m. local time. As usual, in addition to the games that have officially confirmed their presence at Geoff Keighley's event, others are being leaked ahead of time. This is notably the case for Jurassic World Evolution 3, the sequel to the excellent dinosaur management franchise. This way, we can find out in advance what awaits us, and especially when.
The doors of Jurassic World Evolution 3 accidentally leak the dinosaurs
Four years after Jurassic World Evolution 2, many were eagerly awaiting the next installment in the Frontier Developments franchise. The studio had also announced in May of last year that the long-awaited Jurassic World Evolution 3 would be released soon, and more precisely in a launch window between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026. As we enter the beginning of this range, it was apparently Summer Game Fest 2025 that was the task of announcing a more precise release date.
Unfortunately for the opening ceremony, a leak has come to top it off by revealing the trailer that was supposed to be shown there in its entirety. It features the voice of Jeff Goldblum, or rather his iconic character Ian Malcolm in the films, telling us about the state of the world now that dinosaurs are part of the world of Jurassic World. In this regard, Jurassic World Evolution 3 will expand the number of dinos that we will be able to welcome in our parks, as well as the new infrastructure and management options at our disposal. We can even glimpse a particularly anticipated mechanic in this trailer: the existence of baby dinosaurs.
A particularly busy schedule awaits us in the next game from Frontier Developments. The good news is that we won't have to wait long for it: Jurassic World Evolution 3 is coming to us on October 21, 2025 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series. Ready to spend lavishly?
