Monster Hunter Wilds: New Features for the Next Monstrous Update

Monster Hunter Wilds: New Features for the Next Monstrous Update

Is there a more efficient and prolific publisher than Capcom right now? That's the big question we're asking ourselves. Because between the exceptional announcement of Resident Evil Requiem at the Summer Game Fest, the new trailer for Pragmata at the State of Play, or the many new features that are continually arriving in games like Street Fighter 6 and Monster Hunter Wilds, we don't really know where to start. In fact, we now know more precisely when the next big update for the latter will arrive.

Monster Hunter Wilds Update 2 is getting more precise

Indeed, when Monster Hunter Wilds patch 1.011 was released two weeks ago, Capcom announced that a major Title Update 2 would follow quickly during the summer. And we won't have to wait long before we can enjoy it, since, as the studio has just announced, it will arrive at the end of June on all platforms. While this is still a bit unclear, one thing is certain: the update will be here within three weeks at most.

As a reminder, in an open letter published on the official website, Yuya Tokuda, director of Monster Hunter Wilds, revealed some of the new features we could expect for the occasion. These will include the arrival of several additional monsters, including some alpha and supreme alpha monsters, adjustments to the gameplay balance, and the addition of new features. In short, everything that will make the gaming experience even richer and more enjoyable, to the delight of players.

A game that takes care of its community

Suffice it to say, we won't be bored in Monster Hunter Wilds any time soon. And when you see the amount of free content that Capcom is constantly adding, it's all the more understandable why the game is so successful, having already sold over 10 million units since its release. Now all that's left is to resume the hunt while we wait for the arrival of this big update 2, the exact deployment date of which should be announced soon.
