Sony Interactive Entertainment has been more generous this month with the games offered in the June 2025 PS Plus Essential plan. Normally, it's customary to only have three titles available to subscribers, but as part of the annual "Days of Play" sales promotion, the manufacturer has added a fourth. Right now, it's possible to get Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, Alone in the Dark, Destiny 2 The Final Shape, and NBA 2K25. But another surprise awaits PlayStation Plus subscribers. All subscribers.
A free PlayStation Plus game to download as soon as possible
We haven't talked about it yet, but the new games offered to PlayStation Plus Extra & Premium subscribers in June 2025 are also available. This month's star, which is also playable for free via Xbox Game Pass, is FBC: Firebreak. A multiplayer spin-off set in the Control universe. Complementing this selection, two huge productions, Civilization 7 and Kingdom Come, Deliverance 2, can be tested for 2 hours and 4 hours. But a surprise free PS5 and PS4 game to keep is also offered to all PlayStation Plus subscribers: Fun with the Fitzgeralds by Draydur Studio.
What is this indie game offered with all PlayStation Plus plans? It's a superhero battle royale that might be reminiscent of Pixar's The Incredibles. As in any game of the genre, like Fortnite, at the end, only one must remain. "The battle is fought on Fitzgerald's land and there can only be one king or queen of the land."
The overall direction is relatively light, even if you shoot other players, since it was originally designed with a 6-year-old girl in mind. There are also slightly less realistic weapons like paintballs, slime bomb guns, snowball guns, and even ice blasters. To achieve your goal of being the last one standing, you can surprise your opponents by flying away using the provided jetpack. But be careful, if other players are the main threat, a certain Bruce the Zombie could prevent you from winning the crown. Fun with the Fitzgeralds is free for PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra and Premium subscribers, but only until June 19, 2025 at 2:59 a.m. (French time)
