Starting this June 5, 2025, aka tomorrow, the Scarlet and Purple versions of Pokémon will now be playable properly. Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have been constantly highlighting the graphical and technical improvements of version 4.0 of the game, made possible by the Nintendo Switch 2. Meanwhile, fans continue to expand the content, and it's beautiful to see.
Pokémon drawn from their descriptions
The passionate Pokémon community continues to keep the franchise vibrant, nearly three decades after its debut. Between the wonderful fangames available for free on the web, the many content creators who regularly share their knowledge, and the talented artists who imagine the multitude of possibilities offered by Pokémon, it's hard to get bored. Pokémon still inspires dreams today, while inspiring many fans around the world.
This is the case of PokéMum, who draws Pokémon from their physical description, which can be read on the Bulbapedia website, a reference for the English-speaking community. Since its debut in 2024, the series has continued to expand, with creations shared on Instagram and Reddit by Pokémum's son: BazF91. Today, we're sharing 40 new Pokémon drawn based on their physical descriptions, including Nidorina, Reshiram, and Necrozma. Feel free to share your favorite with us in the comments section.
