The Switch 2 has arrived at the Phonandroid editorial office. If you're planning on buying it, you might be wondering what's in the box? We unboxed it, and here's what's inside.
Nintendo's Switch 2 is out worldwide today. Like many others, we've fallen for the machine. If, like us, you're wondering what's in the box,we've unboxed it for you.
The Switch 2 is sold in two versions. The basic version costs 469 euros, and the version with Mario Kart World costs 509 euros. This is the one we got. Aside from the game code, both boxes contain exactly the same thing.
What's in the Switch 2 box?
Unboxing has almost become an art, and manufacturers have understood this well. Thus, when opening the box, the user should be directly facing their purchase. Here, when you lift the lid, you find the most important thing: the tablet and the Joy-Con, wrapped in plastic. The box is divided in two, and the rest is found in the false bottom. Here's what's in the Switch 2 box:
- The tablet
- The Joy-Con
- The Joy-Con straps
- The Joy-Con Grip (plastic controller for playing while docked)
- The dock
- A charger
- An HDMI to HDMI cable
- A USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable
- A Mario Kart World code (optional)
Note that Nintendo also sells accessories (to be purchased separately) for its console. So, we have a Pro Controller, for playing on the TV, an official carrying case, a camera for chatting online, and even an "official" microSD card.
