Ultra practical, the Xiaomi V2 electric pump now costs just a pittance 🥖

Whether it's for inflating a tire, a ball, or a mattress, having an electric air pump is a real gem. And best of all, it doesn't cost much anymore: it's a practical accessory that everyone should have at home. It's also one of the best-selling products from Xiaomi, a global tech group (known in particular for its smartphones).

It has released several versions of its famous air pump, and the latest is simply called the Xiaomi V2. While it normally sells for around 40 euros, you can currently find it for 24.90 euros on AliExpress. To do this, add the code FRSS04 to your cart during checkout to lower the final price.

What is this gadget for?

The Xiaomi Air Pump V2 is a tool that can be very useful in a whole host of situations. Compact and very lightweight, it fits easily into any backpack or glove compartment and will be your perfect companion for your summer vacations, for example. Its dimensions of 123 x 75.5 x 45.8 mm and its weight of 490 grams are very respectable, so anyone can store it at home without difficulty.

This pump is an improved version of the Mi Pump 1S, which was released in 2023 (and which still costs 30 euros on the official website). In this case, it features a new motor that offers a power gain of around 25% compared to its predecessor. It is also capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 10 bars, which allows it to inflate a flat tire in about 8 minutes. It is ideal for inflating scooter tires, bicycles, electric scooters as well as balls, mattresses, buoys and anything else you can imagine.

Another interesting point: the Xiaomi Mi Pump is equipped with six predefined inflation modes, which makes it easier to use for different types of objects or vehicles. It also has an automatic shut-off system that allows you to control inflation without having to constantly monitor the pressure. For those who prefer manual control, a manual mode is also available on this V2.

In terms of design, it's a version that resembles the previous one: it keeps the padlock shape that characterizes the Xiaomi series with an LCD screen that displays the battery level and inflation progress. The integrated LED lighting makes it easy to use even in the dark, which can be useful in certain cases.

The 2000 mAh battery provides enough autonomy to inflate up to 10 tires. Obviously, you won't be able to inflate large truck tires, but it will be perfectly suited for smaller vehicles, bicycles, and other scooters. In short, it's an accessory that everyone regrets not having bought at some point in their life. And what's more, it costs almost nothing.
