Fallout: a first preview of the (legendary) sets of season 2

Last year, the Fallout series received unanimous acclaim from players, fans, and critics. After many years of preparation, Amazon and Bethesda offered us a very beautiful adaptation, extremely faithful to the universe and atmosphere that we were able to discover in the games.

Without much surprise, the finale of season 1 allowed us to understand that a season 2 was already in the pipeline. And today, we have the right to a first unofficial preview.

Warning, this article contains major spoilers, so it is strongly recommended that you do not continue reading if you have not finished the first season of Fallout.

Fallout, Season 2: the first filming leaks

As is often the case on Twitter (X), we are treated to a nice little preview, thanks to a seven-second video. As we know, at the end of season 1, Hank MacLean, played by actor Kyle MacLachlan, manages to escape. In the final sequence, we see him arrive on the outskirts of New Vegas, the post-apocalyptic representation of Las Vegas in the Fallout games.

We guessed then that most of the plot of this next season would take place in this mythical city that players were able to discover in 2010 in the game Fallout New Vegas, Considered by many to be one of the best Fallout games to date.

In this seven-second video, we get a first look at the set of this season 2. We get a brief glimpse of the Lucky 38, one of the most iconic casinos on the New Vegas Strip, run by Mr. House, the leader of New Vegas, and his Securitrons.

The first season of Fallout was a huge success, garnering over 100 million viewers and 16 Emmy Award nominations. Filming for this second season began a few weeks ago and we already know that new actors have joined the cast including Macaulay Culkin (Home Alone) and Kumail Nanjiani (The Eternals / Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi).

For the moment, still no release date is planned for this season 2.
