It's now official, MindsEye, the first official game from Build A Rocket Boy, the studio founded by Leslie Benzies, the former producer of the GTA games (between 2000 and 2016) will be released on June 10th. Discover now a new trailer that reassures us a little more.
MindsEye arrives (early) on June 10, 2025
In February, during the last State of Play, Build A Rocket Boy unveiled a first trailer for MindsEye and some gameplay images. And, for many players, it was a real cold shower with a game that clearly didn't live up to expectations. Worse still, we learned that the title was expected for summer 2025. Leaving very little time for fine-tuning and optimization.
Well, surprise, the game will arrive early, at the end of spring, since it is now dated for June 10, 2025 on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Today, we discover a new trailer which reassures us a little (although, it remains a trailer). Alas, still no new gameplay.
MindsEye will immerse us in the shoes of Jacob Diaz. The game takes place in the near future, in the open-world city of Redrock. The title highlights all the excesses of artificial intelligence and human greed. Jacob Diaz is a former soldier haunted by flashbacks of an undercover mission that changed his life. He will be at the origin of the game's plot, since Jacob possesses a mysterious brain implant, known as MindsEye. Knowing that he himself knows almost nothing about this implant.

Pre-orders are already launched and we discover that MindsEye will be offered at 59.99 euros, 20 euros less than most games currently. The game will be a single-player title, but Build A Rocket Boy confirms that a multiplayer part is in development and that it will arrive in 2026.
