Piracy: here are the top 10 films illegally downloaded in February 2025

The authorities may continue to fight against torrent sites, but piracy is still on the rise. And as always, the latest movie releases and releases on streaming platforms are the first victims. Here is the top 10 most pirated films in February 2025.

Like every month, our colleagues at Torrent Freak have just shared the list of the most pirated films of the moment. Here are the TOP 10 most pirated movies in February 2025

Unsurprisingly, this TOP 10 mainly includes recent big box office hits, but also some new releases available on streaming platforms. This is the case, for example, of The Gorge, an action/romance film that has just landed on Apple TV+. Port&eacute by Anya Taylor-Joy (Furiosa, The Queen's Gambit) and Milles Teller (Top Gun Maverick, Whiplash), the feature film benefited from a great marketing campaign, which may explain its success on torrent platforms. Unfortunately for the Cupertino company, the film is number 1 in the ranking.

In second place, we find unsurprisingly one of the biggest releases of last Christmas, namely Mufasa: The Lion King. Not surprisingly, Disney-Pixar films have always been popular on piracy sites. Here is the rest of the TOP 10 established by Torrent Freak:
