In the photo, we can see Nick Frost posing with a copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone,which features Hagrid on the cover. In the caption, he also uses a quote from his character from the book, "You're a wizard, Harry." Less imposing than his predecessor (1.71m vs. 1.85m), he will inevitably be compared by fans to the late Robbie Coltrane. His previous comedic roles as kind-hearted goofballs, however, prepare him rather well for the character. On social media, internet users' reactions to his casting are much more positive than those that followed the casting of other actors, such as that of Paapa Essiedu as Rogue.
