In order to enrich its environment inspired by by the Far West, the destination has invested 5.5 million euros – one of the largest investments since the park opened in 1963 – for the construction of Wild Buffalo, a traditional wooden roller coaster. The new attraction has been built to enhance the 2025 season of La Mer de Sable with a major new feature. Great Coasters International has designed this attraction to offer enough excitement and adrenaline without overwhelming even the least experienced roller coaster riders.
