The Netflix Live Assassin’s Creed series is still in production

It is in a recent article, on the media Game Life, that we learn that the LIVE Action adaptation of Assassin's Creed, in series, on Netflix, is still not abandoned and that its production continues. According to the site, which relayed An exchange with Alain Tascan, Netflix's gaming manager, the project is still relevant.

To go even further, Game Life confirms that the live action Assassin's Creed series at Netflix is in active development. Implying that it has moved beyond pre-production and that things should now accelerate. Since its announcement in 2020, we have had almost no information around the series.

For a short time, screenwriter Jeb Stuart (Die Hard) seemed to gravitate towards the project. This wouldn't be the first time that an Assassin's Creed project has fallen through at Netflix. In 2017, a first animated project was announced. It was quietly abandoned.

This live-action series remains to be seen. If it is truly in active development, we should have some very good news in the coming weeks.
