Fans of music and beautiful editions can rejoice. The soundtrack to the highly acclaimed Assassin’s Creed Shadows, already recently released, is getting an ultra-limited vinyl edition. A 4-LP box set that promises to be as much a treat for the ears as it is for the eyes. In short, another magnificent collector's item.
Assassin's Creed Shadows in your ears with this collector's item
Distributed by Laced Records in partnership with Ubisoft, this deluxe edition of Assassin's Creed Shadows brings together no fewer than 44 tracks from the game. Everything is pressed onto four limited-edition translucent red and black vinyl records. The item comes in an illustrated hardcover case, with printed sleeves for each disc. This is a true collector's item.
This boxset brings together three separate albums already available separately:
- Original Score by The Flight (2 LPs), which composed the main soundtrack for the game Assassin's Creed Shadows.
- Kage No Iro by the Japanese-Canadian group TEKE::TEKE, which notably reinvents the cult theme Ezio's Family.
- UKOMBOZI by Thunderdrum accompanied by singer Tiggs Da Author, an explosive mix of western guitar, African rhythms and Japanese sounds.
A marked musical identity for each hero
The Assassin's Creed Shadows game features two playable characters, each with their own musical universe. Naoe, the discreet kunoichi, is accompanied by pieces with psychedelic and garage rock accents, while Yasuke, the samurai of African origin, is sublimated by powerful compositions mixing Swahili and traditional flutes.
This Shadows vinyl box set is already available for pre-order at a price of £77 (approximately €90), with delivery estimated for October 2025. A beautiful object to extend the Japanese adventure of Assassin’s Creed… or simply to enrich your music collection. As we know, vinyl records have been back in fashion for several years. This is therefore an excellent opportunity for music lovers to combine two passions into one: music and video games.
