Good news for fans of The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered: one of the most talented modders on the PC scene has just released his first works for the game. Halk Hogan PL, already famous for his incredible Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project, returns with a series of visual mods that literally transform the Oblivion remaster. And it must be said right away, the result is stunning.
8K textures that change everything for The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered
The first pack released for The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered is called Ultra Quality 8K Body Textures Imperials. As the name suggests, it targets Imperial characters and offers several quality levels, including an ultra-detailed 8K version. More natural skin, better-drawn reliefs, more consistent colors... It's a real facelift for the base models. The pack works even better with another complementary mod, Realistic High Quality Skin, which improves the skin of almost all human races in the game. Faces also become more refined, without losing their identity.
Another major addition to the Oblivion remaster is the Smooth Beautiful Faces mod. It significantly improves the appearance of faces, with more defined lips, realistic eyebrows, and a smoother skin texture. This is particularly noticeable on young female characters, but the visual gain is felt regardless of the profile. These improvements provide real visual comfort, without ever distorting the original style. This is not a photorealistic remake, but an intelligent and respectful refinement.
Recently available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series, The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered had not yet received many mods of this caliber.
