The main activities will take place in the heart of the Parc de Sceaux, in the Hauts-de-Seine department: a location chosen for its natural setting, its size, and its accessibility from Paris.

Because participation in this experience is not guaranteed, but reserved for a handful of trainers selected at Niantic's discretion. How much does the Pokémon Go Fest cost?
Tickets for the Pokémon Go Fest in Paris are already on sale from the official website. There are two categories of admission, labeled “Morning Park Experience” and “Afternoon Park Experience.” This corresponds to the daytime access slot for activities at Parc de Sceaux. Those who choose a morning ticket will be able to go to Paris in the afternoon for a series of guided excursions via the Pokémon Go app, while those who choose an afternoon ticket will do the opposite. Each ticket costs €27 and may come with a few extras, such as goodies (sweatshirt, t-shirt, festival canvas bag, etc.) or access codes for additional missions organized in Paris.
