Since the second trailer for GTA 6 and a mountain of juicy information and visuals released by Rockstar, its next steamroller has once again been the subject of massive leaks. These have been proliferating for several weeks, and here is a new one that reveals new interesting data. The next game from the upcoming studio could well be the pinnacle of all its recent productions, notably with the return of strong features from Red Dead Redemption 2.
A spotlight on Red Dead Redemption 2 in the sights of GTA 6?
Now expected for May 26, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series, GTA 6 continues to crystallize the enthusiasm of many players. Judging by the information shared by Rockstar and the various leaks about it, the future title promises to be the ultimate formula of the famous studio's productions, with a gigantic open world, indecent realism, sublime graphics, a gripping story, and extremely varied gameplay. Thus, GTA 6 could be the ideal combination of what made GTA 5 famous, but also Red Dead Redemption 2.
In this regard, the leaker GameRoll, who had revealed the names of the game's protagonists in advance, would have from the same source that GTA 6 would integrate several flagship features of Red Dead Redemption 2. On the one hand, Jason and Lucia should have a unique ability, like Franklin, Michael, and Trevor in GTA 5. This would be the return of the famous Cold Blood from the Red Dead Redemption franchise, with the ability to slow down time to target multiple targets before taking them all down at once. Lucia could do the same, but on a single target, as she is less experienced than Jason, who served in the army.
The honor system from Red Dead Redemption 2 would also make a return, but this time to display the progression of Jason and Lucia's relationship, which could therefore improve or deteriorate depending on our choices with the two characters. Finally, the gore and dismemberment system from RDR 2 should return in GTA 6, in an even more fleshed-out way. Naturally, as GameRoll itself specifies, this information should be taken with a grain of salt pending official confirmation.
