LEGO: a new limited set from an ultra-cult license is available

We didn't expect to see LEGO at Summer Game Fest 2025, but the brand had some video game announcements to make. Light Brick Studio, the studio behind Builder's Journey, unveiled LEGO Voyagers. A two-player co-op adventure where two friends set out on a mission to save an abandoned ship. Like a certain Split Fiction, the game will allow you to play with someone without them needing to purchase the game thanks to the Friend Pass, which automatically grants an additional code. The Danish company also seems to want to overshadow Mario Party with LEGO Party! The program includes more than 60 mini-games with iconic characters and themes.

A new LEGO Insiders set available

Do the two games announced during Summer Game Fest 2025 catch your eye? See you later this year on consoles and PC to discover them. Meanwhile, the LEGO releases of June 2025 are making headlines and delighting brick fans. This month, it's still very strong thanks to sets from cult and beloved franchises like Harry Potter, Star Wars, Jurassic World, and even The Simpsons with the 10352 The Simpsons Krusty Burger set. At the time of writing, all the monthly new releases are available. But there's a surprise for the most regular buyers of the official store.

A new limited set from an ultra-cult license has been spotted on the LEGO store and it concerns a world-famous blue hedgehog, Sonic. Or rather, one of the characters encountered in Sonic The Hedgehog and the legendary Green Hill Zone level. The company has indeed put online a construction dedicated to the red crab Badnik, which we see from the beginning of the first game, among other things. The animal, which can move its arms, legs, eyes and open its claws to adopt dynamic poses, sits proudly on a base inspired by the Green Hill Zone decor.

This LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog Crabmeat 40781 set is made up of 181 pieces and features a secret slot for a Tocky (a small turtle). Like the Mario Kart 40787 Spiny Shell, this new set is available exclusively to Insiders and not for purchase, which means you need points in your pot to acquire it. If you have enough, simply convert them, enter the promo code on your next purchase and the reward will be sent with that order. To earn Insider points, simply make purchases on the LEGO Store.
