LEGO: One Piece sets are amazing!

LEGO: One Piece sets are amazing!

LEGO is always ready to sign partnerships with major pop culture works for the creation of original sets. Rather oriented towards Japanese culture and the adult section, the next wave of new kits will be in the colors of the work One Piece… but not the one you think. This is not a collaboration that LEGO is signing with Eiichiro Oda but with the television production Netflix.

Indeed, the minifigures that the company is revealing to us are in the likeness of the actors of the series One Piece, whose first season was released in 2023. For those who would have liked to have characters in the image of the manga or the anime will have to face the fact that such a partnership has not yet been announced and probably will not be.

7 new sets

In total, there are 7 products that will soon be available on the market. One of them proudly represents the young squad's pirate ship. The Going Merry contains 1,376 pieces and is sold for €129.99. It contains the famous sails hoisted by the Straw Hat crew, who are also present in the set. Minifigures of Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Sanji, and Usopp are included with the ship.

Another iconic building from One Piece season 1 is the floating restaurant Baratie. It contains 3,402 pieces and is much larger than the previous set. It will be offered at the price of €299.99 and will be made up of around ten minifigures to recreate the epic fight scene proposed by Netflix.

Several less expensive, and less ambitious, sets are also available. We thus find the Baggy the Clown big top, with its 573 pieces displayed at €49.99, but also the Battle of Arlong Park with its 926 pieces and its price at €79.99. The latter also contains a Luffy minifigure that can be modified to give him extendable arms, his characteristic superpower.

In addition to being complementary, all sets have a specific feature: they include one or more “Wanted” posters to collect, representing some of the most famous pirates in the series. They'll all be available starting August 1st, so you only have a few months left to pre-order the ones you're interested in.
