Whether you've played it or not, you probably know that Dark Souls is an unforgiving game. While the series has become more accessible over time, it is still considered particularly difficult.
This is also why the sight of a campfire is enough to relieve each player. They allow you to save, and return to this place in the event of death. The challenge offered by From Software's game has therefore motivated some streamers to take on additional challenges.
This is the case of The_Happy_Hob, who has a particularly good command of the software. In 2016, he managed to complete the first part of the saga without getting hit. A small feat that was also praised by Hidetaka Miyazaki, the game's creator.
But since the streamer doesn't do things by himself, halfway through, he decided to persevere by finishing the entire saga, still without getting hit. One bad move from the last boss of the third opus, and he had to start all over again! That's what happened to him for almost a year.
So he decided to start with the third episode, and finally succeeded in his incredible bet. Only damage dealt by enemies, traps and bosses was counted, unlike damage caused by falls or the mandatory death against Seath the Flayed, in the first opus.
To make it "more interesting to watch", he chose to complete the game with melee weapons! His entire epic is available on his YouTube channel. We sincerely take our hats off to him.
