What's more, Facebook explains that this percentage will change depending on the number of Facebook Stars sent, without specifying the exact amount. Although streamers will always receive the majority of the cost of a Facebook Star, the site TechCrunchreports that Facebook could receive between 1% and 49% of the starting price.
