In April, all PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim three games for free. These are Immortals of Aveum, but also Minecraft Legends and Skul: The Hero Slayer. There’s plenty of adventure ahead for players, and it’s far from over. Starting April 16, a slew of other titles are coming to the catalog, but this time only for Extra and Premium members, the two most expensive plans of Sony’s service. And there are some nice surprises to sink your teeth into.
Extra and Premium Games
The star of this month of April is certainly Dave the Diver. The independent game has you playing a professional diver in an adventure that is as touching as it is entertaining. But players will also have the joy of discovering two games on the day of their release. The first is Tales of Kenzera: Zau. In the same style as the last Prince of Persia, it is a colorful and promising metroidvania. It will be available from April 23, a little after the rest of the list.
Sony propels us to next month by announcing that the game Animal Well will also be downloadable from the day of its release on May 9. It tends to revolutionize the metroidvania genre since it does not include any combat. Players simply have to navigate a maze of 250 different rooms and solve puzzles in any order they want.

As a reminder, the PlayStation Plus Essential is a subscription service offered by Sony on its consoles giving you access each month to free downloadable games, often three or four in number, and allows you to play online on multiplayer games. The basic subscription is available at the price of €8.99 per month, €24.99 per quarter or €71.99 per year.
The Extra (400 PS4/PS5 games) or Premium (700 PS/PS2/PS3/PS4/PS5 games, streaming on PC, free trials) packages are displayed at the price of €13.99 per month / €39.99 per quarter / €125.99 per year for the Extra package or €16.99 per month / €49.99 per quarter / €151.99 per year for the Premium package.
