Unlike adults, children cannot make online purchases with their Google Wallet. Each card added must first be approved by parents. Once activated, each purchase triggers a notification sent to the family manager, who can view the payment history at any time. In case of a problem, a parent can remotely remove the card from Wallet or disable access to passes.
For example, if a teenager spends too much at fast food restaurants, a parent can limit their access to certain cards or monitor their transactions in real time.
