Andor season 2 eagerly awaited by Star Wars fans
After two and a half years of waiting, Star Wars fans will soon be able to discover season 2 of the series Andor after an excellent first season. Cassian, Luthen Rael, and Mon Mothma will be back on Disney+ starting April 23. Behind the series is director Tony Gilroy, who will offer four acts, each divided into three episodes. This will allow for three episodes to be broadcast each week. As a reminder, the series Andor, starring Diego Luna, takes place before the events of the excellent film Rogue One. It follows young Cassian Andor, a pilot who joins the Resistance against the Empire and becomes one of its leaders. Season 2 is highly anticipated by fans because the series is expected to recount the events that occur just days before the spin-off Star Wars.
Thus, viewers will be able to find some characters from Rogue One like Saw Gerrera played by Forest Whitaker or Orson Krennic played by Ben Mendelsohn who will be the antagonist of this season 2.
